How to clean your baby's stroller in 7 easy steps

Your life with a baby is full of adventures, and your stroller is your faithful companion through every one of them. However, over time, it needs a good wash ! If you're wondering how to clean a stroller, worry no more! Here we explain the seven steps to do it with what you already have at home.

Step 1: Check the labels

Before you begin, check your stroller's maintenance labels for specific instructions. If you can't find them, look in your owner's manual or online.

Step 2: Disassemble the cart

For a thorough cleaning, disassemble the stroller by removing the wheels and any removable covers.

Step 3: Vacuuming

Vacuum the stroller to remove crumbs and large debris, especially if it doesn't have removable covers.

Step 4: Wash the covers in the washing machine

If the covers are machine washable, you're in luck! Follow the appropriate washing instructions for each part of the stroller.

  • Non-machine washable covers: Hand clean covers with warm water and mild soap.
  • Machine-washable covers: Remove the covers and wash them on a delicate cycle at a maximum temperature of 30°C with mild detergent.

Step 5: Clean your cart

Use damp cloths and soft brushes to clean the stroller frame. Pay attention to the smaller parts and wheels.

Step 6: Air dry

Once clean, let the stroller air dry completely.

Step 7: Reassemble

With all the parts clean and dry, reassemble the stroller. Now it's ready for your next adventure! Remember, it's always easier if you bring it to Bubu.
