Repairing a Puncture in Your Stroller's Wheel

In our daily lives with little ones, it's common to face unexpected situations, such as a flat tire on the stroller while enjoying a walk in nature or on the city streets. At BUBU, we understand how important it is to keep moving without setbacks, so today we bring you a teaching guide to repairing those flat tires like a pro.

Why is it so important to have a versatile stroller?

Modern families seek diverse experiences for their children, where nature and the city intertwine. Therefore, a versatile stroller has become an indispensable ally.

What should you do if you get a flat tire?

The first thing you should know is that repairing a puncture in a stroller isn't as complicated as it seems. Here are the key steps:

  1. Deflate the tire: If the tire is not deflated, do so to facilitate its removal.
  2. Remove the tire: Using special tools, remove the tire from the inside of the rim.
  3. Remove the inner tube: Remove the damaged inner tube from inside the wheel.
  4. Check the tire: Before installing the new inner tube, be sure to check the tire for any objects that may have caused the puncture.
  5. Install the new inner tube: Place the inflation valve inside the hole in the rim and then insert the entire inner tube into the tire.
  6. Remount the tire: Carefully insert the edge of the tire into the rim.
  7. Inflate the wheel: Once everything is in place, inflate the wheel completely and place it back on the cart.
