BUBU WARRANTY for reconditioned second-hand strollers
At BUBU, we take the quality and safety of our refurbished products very seriously. That's why all our used strollers come with a 3-month limited warranty from the date of purchase.
How does it work?
What does this warranty cover?
This warranty exclusively covers failures or functional defects related to components that have been inspected, repaired or replaced by our technical team , provided they have been used according to normal operating instructions.
Each stroller includes a service report that indicates:
- The parts that have been repaired or replaced.
- The general condition of the product at the time of sale.
This document is essential to make the guarantee effective.
What is not covered?
- Damage due to improper use, impacts, normal wear and tear, humidity or poor maintenance.
- Textiles, wheels and plastics that show aesthetic wear and tear from previous use.
- Repairs made by third parties or modifications to the stroller.
- Non-original accessories or accessories added after purchase.
How is an incident handled?
The customer must contact BUBU by email or WhatsApp explaining their problem and send:
- Order number or proof of purchase.
- Photos or videos of the failure.
- A brief description of the problem.
- Our team will perform a remote diagnosis within a maximum of 72 business hours.
- If the incident is covered: We will coordinate free repairs at our facilities.
- If repair is not possible, the following will be offered: An equivalent product (subject to availability), Ticket to redeem the amount in BUBU or
reimbursement of the total or proportional value that is agreed upon.
Repair site
The customer must deliver the stroller to our physical store or send it to our facilities, bearing the shipping costs, unless otherwise agreed.
Why does each stroller have its own warranty?
Because each used part has a different history , and each technical inspection is unique, the warranty is tailored to the parts actually treated by BUBU. This allows us to offer a transparent, fair, and personalized service for each family.
