  • DO I NEED AN APPOINTMENT?

    No appointment is necessary, except for rental services. You can come directly during store hours.

  • WHAT DO THEY CLEAN?

    We clean strollers, car seats, cribs, playpens, high chairs, mattresses, stuffed animals, backpacks, purses, winter sleeping bags, and more. If you can't find what you're looking for on our website, please contact us via WhatsApp.

  • WHAT BRANDS DO THEY CLEAN OR REPAIR?

    We work with all brands, including Bugaboo, Jane, Chicco, Uppababy, Maclaren, Romer, Silver Cross, Cybex, Recaro, Inglesina, Baby Jogger, among others, and are also the official YOYO Babyzen workshop in Spain.

HOW WE CARE FOR YOUR STROLLER IN THE STORE

  • HOW DO I IDENTIFY MY ACCESSORIES DURING CLEANING OR REPAIR?

    An incoming report is always created with photos, order number, make, and model. Throughout the service, the accessory is identified by tags.

  • WHAT HAPPENS IN CASE OF BREAKAGE OR LOSS OF ANY ITEMS?

    We have insurance. BUBU will take care of any problems. Don't worry.

  • My stroller was stored for years.

    If your stroller is more than 8 years old and has been neglected, it's important that you let us know. Please note that the leatherette or other fabrics may break down during cleaning, and in this case, we assume no responsibility.

  • HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO PICK UP MY STROLLER?

    You have 10 days to pick up your stroller after receiving notification that it's ready. If the 10 days pass, and depending on available space in the store, we reserve the right to apply an additional storage fee of €5 and €10 per month.

TRANSPORT

  • WHAT DAY DO YOU PICK UP MY STROLLER?

    Transportation days are Tuesdays (3:00 PM - 6:30 PM) and Fridays (10:00 AM - 2:00 PM).

  • HOW FAR IN ADVANCE CAN I BOOK TRANSPORTATION?

    All orders placed before 2:00 PM the day before.

  • WHAT HAPPENS IF I'M NOT HOME?

    If you're not home due to an emergency, let us know in advance and we'll reschedule your delivery.

  • WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON'T GIVE NOTICE AND I'M NOT HOME?

    Three attempts will be made to contact you; if unsuccessful, that segment will be charged and the call will be rescheduled.

  • CAN I CHANGE THE DELIVERY OR RETURN ADDRESS?

    Yes. You can change your address before 2:00 PM the day before.

  • I DON'T LIVE IN BARCELONA AND I WANT MY STROLLER OR CAR SEAT CLEANED OR REPAIRED

    We operate throughout Spain. Contact us at 658 66 70 56 to coordinate service and transportation.

CLEANING AND SANITIZING PRODUCTS

  • WHAT KIND OF PRODUCTS DO YOU USE?

    We use hypoallergenic and environmentally friendly cleaning products on textiles and chassis.

  • HOW DO THEY DISINFECT?

    Our cleaning services include steam disinfection that eliminates mites and bacteria, thus improving the hygiene of the fixture.

  • HOW DO THEY CLEAN TEXTILES?

    Whenever possible, we take apart the fabrics. We brush them, apply stain-removing soap, machine wash, steam, and make sure the stains are removed, repeating the process if necessary.

  • MY STROLLER OR CAR SEAT HAS MOLD

    We apply a more in-depth cleaning protocol that takes several days. We do everything possible to preserve the textiles and ensure complete disinfection, eliminating spores.

  • HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO CLEAN?

    Cleaning service varies depending on volume and typically takes 48 hours to complete. We also offer an emergency service.

  • I NEED TO CLEAN MY STROLLER, CARRYCOT OR CAR SEAT THE SAME DAY

    The emergency cleaning service is carried out within 6 hours and has an additional charge of €20. For a trio package, the wait time is 8 hours and has an additional charge of €40.

REPAIR

  • HOW LONG IS THE REPAIR WARRANTY?

    We offer a 6-month warranty on repairs using original spare parts and an 8-month warranty on parts manufactured in our 3D Center.

  • HOW MUCH DOES A REPAIR COST ME?

    The inspection, which normally takes 1 hour, costs €15, and the repair estimate will depend on the complexity of the problem.

  • HOW CAN I KNOW IF YOU CAN REPAIR MY STROLLER OR CAR SEAT?

    Send us a WhatsApp message to 658 66 70 56 with the make, model, year, and a video showing the problem. Our technical team will evaluate whether it can be repaired, and if so, you can bring it to our workshop.

  • I WANT TO REPAIR MY STROLLER OR CAR CHAIR BUT I DON'T LIVE IN BARCELONA

    Send us a WhatsApp message to 658 66 70 56 with the make, model, year, and a video of the problem. Our technical team will evaluate the feasibility of the repair and, if so, will send you an estimated quote and coordinate transportation.
